I got an email from google saying my pin is in the mail so after I get that I shall be able to transfer the earning to my account. I was crazy excited! When I finally logged in to check I had made bloody $15 and to transfer the amount here it would cost me $25, so I thought to myself .. bloody hell!! Umm.. just wanted to rant!!

google might be offended by your disclosure of the stastical info in the first paragraph and close down your account.
According to the TOS, you not allowed to share that info. remove the total number of clicks and impressions and you should be fine.
