The face of Pakistani politics today became more deformed than ever. Musharraf’s resignation comes as a prime example of a country that has, in its ONLY recent history focused on more on the past than the present or the future, and that shows in the country’s economic status, political climate, and global alliances.

A country of many failures, the present government has once again shown that blaming the predecessor is the way to go; rather than making the most of an opportunity to repair a nation full of civil, political, financial, class and ethnic differences, the government of the Pakistan People’s Party, coupled with the childish attitude of Nawaz Sharif, has today shown how any good of one’s past can be overshadowed by policial enemity.

Musharraf resigned amidst fears of charges of corruption, excessive price increases, and murders of tribal leaders (which, at least, were correctly motivated.) The People’s Party (Asif Zardari) or the PML-N (Nawaz Sharif) are hardly in a position to charge Musharraf with corruption, their attempted murders, or economic failures. Zardari was notorious for his corruption games. Nawaz Sharif was put on trial for the attempted murder of Musharraf for not allowing his plane to land. Now, the same to allegations being imposed against Musharraf are nothing but a mud slinging match between the bitter politicians of this country’s dreaded horizon.

Yes, Musharraf changed the face of the Pakistan Constitution and Judicial System (which, in Pakistan, is a mockery of the word justice). But, no, for him to be blamed and accused of ridding the country of tribal leaders like Bugti of Balochistan, is a new unpatriotic low even for Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari. What Musharraf did do was attempt to rid the country of those separatist groups that wanted to split it up. However, it now appears that one of his few acts of patriotism and possibly decent leadership will come back to bite him along with the possibly countless other acts of corruption, cheating, and causing political victimization to the people of Pakistan.

Nonetheless, by classifying his attempt to rid Pakistan of its separatists as a crime, the co-alition government of PPP and PML-N may very well be handing Pakistan over on a sliver platter to the disastrous planners of the western world. It is such acts and prosecutions, that will probably promote individualist activity from each province of Pakistan, that will be the very death of that country.

But who is to say Pakistan was ever formed for a different reason. It seems like Pakistan was possibly created as a political forum for Mohammad Ali Jinnah in 1947, and it seems like that trend continues today for Zardari, Sharif and Musharraf. What a pity.

With the Pakistani Election coming to an end this week, we know who’s sitting in the front seat to drive this overcrowded nation of almost 200 million people. Although you can this election was pretty intense and nail biting (given its Hollywood like character: Murder, Suicide, threats, patriotism, etc. etc.), somehow, no matter how intense the election, the problem is that no political party has a particular agenda or a stance it takes on any particular issue.

With Pakistan People’s Party (The Ex-Benazir Bhutto & Currently Asif Zardari group) taking the lead in the polls, Pakistan Muslic League (Nawaz Sharif group) coming in second, and PML- Q (Musharraf’s party) coming in third, and with the PPP and the PML-N attempting to form an alliance to oust Musharraf, things could get pretty nasty for Pakistan pretty soon. There’s no telling how long Zardari and Sharif can continue the sweet talk, because as it is, I’m sure their dislike for each other is, well, more than quite obvious.

But the major problem with the future of Pakistan is not what lies ahead with the confrontation of these three political leaders (so-called), but what will happen once the confrontation is complete. With Musharraf losing out on majority support and retiring as an Army General, his say in the government and direction of the country is far less than it would have been if he was the Chief of Army Staff. Despite the fact that Nawaz Sharif & Co. won quite a big part of the National Assembly seats, there is still a lot to fear in the future of Pakistan.

This is primarily the case because no matter how you look at it, Pakistan People’s Party will run the show, and no matter who is made Prime Minister, be it Amin Faheem or not, Asif Zardari will run the show and run Pakistan; and that’s the danger! Not that I have anything personal against him, but Zardari is known to be a chronically corrupt man, who has quite possibly murdered his own spouse (Benazir Bhutto, if you’re wondering) for the chance to reign over Pakistan. In the past, as a senator / MNA in Pakistan, Zardari has been coined as the 10% man, i.e., any contract or deal that goes through the Pakistan government, Mr. Zardari gets to keep 10%of it. Well, he could manage to do it because Benazir Bhutto was the Prime Minister.

Asif Zardari is a man who is known to have murdered, torchered, looted, and raped the Pakistani Government and Pakistani people at the highest of levels. Not that the others have been much different. I do not say that Nawaz Sharif would put the betterment of Pakistan before his, and neither can the same be said of Musharraf’s record over the last 9 years. However, I fear that Asif Zardari is the worst of the lot, and he has scandals and actions of his past to prove it.

Not only, I suspect, will corruption rise to an all time high under his rule, but the country will be drained of its already slim natural resources. I’m not very clear on Zadari’s relationship with the Maulana/Fundamentalist groups of Pakistan, although it is evident from history that they despised Benazir Bhutto. However, forming a coalition with Nawaz Sharif here can be useful, since he has the experience and tact to deal with that crowd; it’s one of the few things he was capable of doing. This one topic alone is detrimental to the future of internal Pakistan and for its relationship with the outside world.

With the mass increase of long beards and lack of education in Pakistan over the last few years, and given the trend of suicide bombings not only in Pakistan but globally, it is imperative that no matter how corrupt Zardari is, he pay attention to dealing with this issue of religious extremism and increasing the level basic education. Ultimately, that’s where Pakistan needs to start work to elevate itself from a worseing third world status.

I suppose it’s too early to decide what’s going to happen. We will first probably have to see the three of them bicker over whether or not Musharraf stays. Once that’s over, we will witness the destruction or rebuilding of destroyed country, that suffers from an extreme lack of being a nation. I can only but pray.

Musharraf’s Out: Pakistan’s National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), 2007

Yesterday, President Musharraf signed the weak, albeit phenomenal, National Reconciliation Ordinance of 2007, which offers protection to politicians and senior level public office holders of Pakistan, who were put on trial before Mushrraf’s time, and their cases transferred to the defamed, biased, military run, politically correct Accountability Court, formed as a byproduct of the even more defamed National Accountability Ordinance. Musharraf has effectively ruined his reputation because by signing the ordinance he has let go of the one thing he has been hanging onto since the day he came into power: bringing the corrupt of Pakistan to justice; although let’s be honest, and agency like the National Accountability Burueau of Pakistan has put through torture many innocent people, just because they could afford to live in a decent house and eat three meals a day.

I tried to put into practice this new NRO, less than 24 hours after it was signed. An Accountability Judge seemed rather puzzled at the prospect of implementing it, and finally decided to take some time to read and come back on the next working day. The question is, how good and efficient will the implementation of this new law be; it leaves nothing in the hands of those courts and agencies who are pursuing it, but will Musharraf’s own listen to his new law.

And just because the Ministry of Law and the Gazette of Pakistan have failed to publish the new Ordinance on their websites almost 24 hours after it’s signing, I am reproducing the text here for the benefit of Pakistani judges, court staff, and lawyers, all of whom need to explore the online channel for information. They were struck with awe when I was able to produce a copy of the NRO, 2007. Here, then, for our super-competent judiciary, is the National Reconciliation Ordinance of 2007, signed by the President of Pakistan on October 5, 2007:

NATIONAL RECONCILIATION ORDINANCE – 2007
“AN ORDINANCE to promote national reconciliation
WHEREAS it is expedient to promote national reconciliation, foster mutual trust and confidence amongst holders of public office and remove the vestiges of political vendetta and victimization, to make the election process more transparent and to amend certain laws for that purpose and for matters connected therewith and ancillary thereto;-

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause
(1) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance;-

7. Insertion of new section, Ordinance, XVIII of 1999.- In the said Ordinance, after section 33, the following new section shall be inserted, namely:-
“33A. Withdrawal and termination of prolonged pending
proceedings initiated prior to 12th October, 1999.-

Provided that those proceedings shall not be withdrawn and terminated which relate to cases registered in connection with the cooperative societies and other financial and investment companies or in which no appeal, revision or constitutional petition has been filed against final judgment and order of the Court or in which an appellate or revisional order or an order in constitutional petition has become final or in which voluntary return or plea bargain has been accepted by the Chairman, National Accountability Bureau under section 25 or recommendations of the Conciliation Committee have been accepted by the Governor, State bank of Pakistan under section 25A.

For once, I have to say go Benazir Bhutto, because this truly is an accomplishment on her part.

Every time I engage in this discussion, I’ve seen that almost every person has his or her own theory about what will happen with Pakistan. Several claim no one can touch it because it is a blessed land of God (say that to me and I’ll punch you in the face); others state that although Pakistan is vulnerable, no one will dare touch it because it’s a nuclear power; and then there are others, who whine moan about how great their land is and how America will come and destroy it. Everyone has their own justification for whatever stance they take, but I think most of these people fail to analyze the facts, which can suggest, in the instance that I would like to buy into, that Pakistan may not be around on the globe for too long, and if it is, it’s boundary will require serious amendment.

Here’s why.

About 8 years ago, before the 9/11 fiasco and before the US bombed the living daylights out of Aghanistan, the Afghani economy was in shambles. Here’s the proof: I went to Afghanistan in the 90s, and the currency exchange rate at the time was 1 PKR to several hundred Aghani Rupee or whatever currency they used at the time. Today, 1.22 PKR equal 1 unit of Afghani currency. You would think that Afghanistan, being a war ridden country, would suffer substantial economic loss, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. In fact, despite the clash of the Taliban with the pro US Afghan government, the economy is booming. How? Drugs. Afghanistan is quite possibly the largest exporter of opium and heroine in the world today, and they don’t care what they do to earn dollars, but that seems to be the ultimate goal of Qarzai. Who can blame him, right?

Here’s what I think is happening. With US coalition, Qarzai and his government are pushing the Taliban and pro-terrorist folk into northern Pakistan, where they can find easy refuge in the Waziristan mountains of NWFP (North West Frontier Province). Also, there are literally millions of so called extremists in NWFP, and they control the government, the economy, the tourists, everything that goes in and out of there. In fact, they’re the only force in Pakistan that can and are giving the army a run for its money. Even the former Prime Ministers of Pakistan had no chance against the army. These monkies, on the other hand, are probably defeating the army. They’ve got better diplomatic, tactical, and physical resources, and probably more trained militia than the Pakistan Army can handle. Couple all of that with those who come over from Afghanistan, and NWFP and the Waziristan area become the new mountainous front for Bin Laden, Al Qadeda and the Taliban and Co. that the US has been trying to destroy in Afghanistan since 2001.

So, what happens if the extremists move into Pakistan. Well, several things. Pakistan has lately seen a series of terrorist bombings in the Islamabad area, which is practically unheard of. Army posts and trucks have been blown up just because someone doesn’t like the sight of them. In essence, the internatial persona changes to the fact (Sadly) that the Pakistan Army, or Musharraf, cannot control the extremist violence in Pakistan, which threatens to put into jeopardy a rather key area in South Asia. There you go, one of the four provinces of Pakistan becomes a threat. First American target set.

This brings me to my next colonization area. The province of Balochistan. Balochistan is rich in natural resources, has decent land, and above all, it has a port that is better set to replace Dubai or Singapore than any other location on the planet. Not only is the Gawadur Port in Balochistan located at a much more convenient location than Dubai, it is much closer to the Western world than, say, Singapore. What else, the port is naturally so deep, and it is the ideal location to set up an industrial port that can dock massive commercial airliners, without having to do any drudging work in the port area. Ideally, this would mean a great opporunity for the Pakistan economy to boom and possibly learn from Dubai.

But that’s not going to happen. The current regime is unable to clean up the religious extremism in Pakistan. At least that’s what the media portrays, and there is probably some truth to that. However, the truth is that some development is taking place in Gawadur. But it is not in US interest to let Gawadur develop as long as it is in the hands of Pakistan. Balochistan borders with Iran, for several hundred miles. It suffers from Persian influence, and let’s be honest, no one in the western world is really a fan of Iran nowadays, and taking over Balochistan would be the ideal location to start the invasion of Iran.

Second problem with Gawadur Port in Balochistan: China is developing it. Pakistan doesn’t have the resources, vision, competence, or ability to build anything successful. The country has, therefore, allowed China to lead the development of Gawadur Port, because given it’s location, it is an extremely profitable location for China. That puts a bit of a damper is the US plans to invade Iran if they plan to use Gawadur Port to dock their navy. Not only that, there’s a problem if China controls Gawadur port economically. Let’s be honest, South Asia is a huge market, and Gawadur is a great location to begin tapping Iran, Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, and China. That’s almost half the world’s population. China wants it; America needs it.

So, what’s going to happen.

As we’ve seen the US hint that the extremism in Northern Pakistan is beyond the control of Musharraf or anyone who can take charge of the Pakistan Army or Pakistan government, the US will enter Pakistan in the North and level it to the ground, just like they did Afghanistan, once again with a plea to destroying terrorism. Alongside, in an effort to attack Iran, Balochistan will become an easy target and point of entry, and quite frankly, there’s nothing Pakistan can do if the US simply says “we want it for a few months.” The only interesting factor here is the part that China will play. If China becomes a thorn in the US ass, this could errupt into a rather serious and complicated matter that could spin a massive war in South East Asia. After the bombing NWFP, America will effectively eliminate a threat, and by cutting out the Pakistani government, they can actually strike more of a drug exporting weapon importing deal that is profitable for US business. We can’t manage NWFP, so Pakistan won’t really know what they’ve lost.

Balochistan, of course, we will feel the loss of when it gains independence (which it is dying to) and prospers on its own. It is quite possibly the only strategically useful location in Southern Pakistan. Once Balochistan and the Frontier go, Pakistan is only left with the provinces of Punjab and Sindh, and who the hell wants those. Some crops, terrible weather, extreme filth, and over 100 million people. Everyone will just let them be and destroy themselves. At that point, if the Pakistani people have any competence, they may consider merging back into India, partition from which was one of the biggest mistakes that the Muslims of South Asia have made to date.

Of course, none of this may ever happen if Bush doesn’t get to do it. I don’t think democrats will go this far while the US economy suffers due to serious negligence and expansive defence funding.

On May 12, 2007, the chair Pervez Musharraf proudly sits on as the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan rattled. Until today, the pro MQM Military government of Pakistan is feeling the after effects of that rattling. Although I am of the opinion that the now suspended (and consequently re-instated as of yesterday) Chief justice of Pakistan is as big a crook as any (and if you have any doubts, just look up a picture of Chaudry Iftikhar Muhammad). The behaviour of the government as a response to the threat presented by this man has been, at best, immature. If I get time to, I will discuss the politics and the pathetic nature of justice and presidency in Pakistan, but as a result of the escalating tension of May 12, we have come to the Lal Masjid Fiasco; apparently all the “intellect” of Pakistan was so worried about saving the whorebag of a Chief Justice, that nobody noticed the smuggling of automatic weapons, including rocket launchers, into a mosque in the middle of the capital city of Pakistan, less than 10 km away from the prized and supposedly secure Diplomatic Enclave, which houses all the Embassies and Diplomats thereof.

Before dwelling into the details and speciics, let’s talk abouit the irony of the whole situation today and the recent history of Pakistan. To date, Pakistan is the only country which was formed in the name of Islam (that too by a lawyer: double troubele!). From the countyr’s recent behaviour, it also seems like they have some sort of natural, undefined contract to implement Islam globally. I have lived in several different countries, and the only country where I have seen maulvis, maulanas, and clerics abuse & curse the US, and lead prayer in the destruction of Islam, is our beloved (sense the sarcasm) Pakistan. Sadly, these are the clerics that will be the first ones to fly to the US to earn dollars (if they ever got them visas).

Perhaps the Taliban movement of Afghanistan has played a part in the development of this state of mind. The infuse of millions of Afghan refugees into Pakistan during the Afghan Russian War, and the consequent training and return to Afghanistan of some of these with US funding and weaponry, laid the grounds for fundamentalist Islam in Pakistan. The concept of Jihad was given a new face under American guidance and Pakistani implementation which made it sacred to kill the white man (Russians at that point) in the name of Islam. However, what many oif the birlliant minds of this scheme ignored and overlooked was that for the Taliban, Pathans, or people with average Paki/Afghan education, all whites are alike. There continues the anti-white, anti-western, and enter: Anti-American movement.

Couple this attitude with an executive government that sells itself for less than the price of an ugly whore, a court/judicial system that resembles a fish market, an army that has absolutely zero experience, and the power granted by these monkies to the clerical maulanas, and we have a class of radicals who consider themselves not just a branch of the Pakistani Government, but a much higher order which puts blind faith in their own interpretation of Islam and allows them to forcefully implement their own version of so-called Shariah. For the record, I have never understood what religious importance Shariah has, or can have, since Shariah was never revealed to Prophet Mohammad, nor was it a creation of his intellect (please, no sarcasm intended here). Shariah is merely a creation of the Caliphate that sustained Islam after the death of Prophet Mohammad, and as a matter of fact, cannot hold any divine attestation, because acceptance of Shariah is not tied to belief in God or Mohammad as His Prophet, but in fact it is tied to the legibility of the Islamic Caliphate, which can always be questioned for a multitude of reasons.

Now, lets turn our attention to Ghazi Abdul Rashid, the fucknut who’s momma didn’t teach him any manners and wh’s wife didn’t fuck hi enough times, causing a massive amount of frustration to build up that eventually lead to the stunt that he pulled this month. Ultimately, the government knew this was happening; after all, you’re telling me that someone slipped enough weaponry to level the entire city into a mosque in Central Islamabad without anyone knowing? Bullshit. The Musharraf government probably allowed for this to happen with the ultimate goal of showing the western world theugly, extremist side of Pakistan that may come out of Musharraf does not use his military tactics and to control it. Sadly, before, during, or after the Lal Masjid operation, this idea was never communiated to the clerics, and the situation evolved into an uncontrollable disaster; kind of like the CIA managed to do with the Taliban in Afghanistan.

What’s most interesting in this entire episode is the fact that the Army had to be involved to take care of some psycho maulvis, i.e., the Islamabad Police Department or Rangers could not handle a simple ‘hostage’ situation (and there is no SWAT, just a whole lot of twats). Why did this happen? Quite simply, propaganda was one major factor. If this isn’t the explanation, the answer lies in the incompetence of the Pakistani Government. A decision that should have taken 5 minutes took the Army & the government over a week. The pathetic part is that the decision making was reckless even with the army’s involvement, and this is an army that claims it can take on India (get over it already!!). To the generals of the Paki Army, all I can say is that ‘talk is cheap.’ But them cocksuckas are shameless, and for them, it’s all free!

So what have been the after effects of the Invasion of Lal Masjid by the Army? Well, the Taliban peace treaty with the Army came to an end on July 15, and what socks me is that we had to make a peace treaty with a bunch of cocksuckers with long beards who we allowed refuge to in our country from Russian oppression? Talk about Muslim Brethren returning a favour! Just what you expect from Muslims today, isn’t it? I say level the entire province oif NWFP, and while you’re at it, level the other 3 provinces too; that may be the first positive thing this part of the world will do for the planet: self destruction.

Two bombs have been going off in different parts of th country almost every day since Abdul Rashid Ghazi was ravaged and rightly so. Over one hundred people have died in the past week, and for what? The National Security Advisor to Bush stated that the US may have to come into Pakistan in as early as a few weeks, since we are the primary supporter of Al Qaeda operations in Iraq, and clearly Musharraf is not capable of handling the situation. Yesterday, however, Bush did make a positive statement after the re-instatement of the Chief Justice. But Bush is a prick, he changes his opinion like I change shoes!. Anyway…

Frankly, the future of corrupt murduristic Islam is grim. There may not be a way out there to fight those who are willing to ’sacrifice’ themselves for no reason at all, but there is certainly a way to eliminate them. Hundreds of years ago, the caucasians of the world invaded continents and murdered hundreds of innocent people without check and criticism with claim to modernization and industrialization of the world. Today, they will be forced to exterminate those who pose a threat to the peaceful state of the world; yet this time they will face more criticism for it than ever before. Talk about a sense of justice, or lack thereof.

Here’s some bonus info. Lal Masjid is probably the only Mosque in Pakistan that had a web site. LalMasjid.com, and the domain is registered to Lal Masjid itself. Even more interesting; although godaddy is the domain registrar, Lal Masjid was hosting the site on it’s own severs, which probably got burnt down during the fiasco, and thus, the site is down.

See the information here for yourself: http://who.securepaynet.net/WhoIsVerify.aspx?domain=lalmasjid.com&prog_id=innodomains.

Talk about high tech terrorism in the name of Islam. Well, they had it coming!

The truth about Pakistan. This is a topic that I’ve been dying to talk to the world about, and today, I’m leaving other things that I have to do and taking time out to start writing a series of article on this country, how it works (which it doesn’t), the people, Islam, infrastructure, business, and some history. Please be aware that this is the first artcile of many to come in this series, and if you are a Pakistani or a fan of the Islam practiced in Islam, I say to you, “fuck off and die,” and I pray that George Bush looses whatever 2 cents worth intelligence he has left and drops some bombs on this country. Believe, this will be a detrimental step in making the world a better place, because Pakistanis are evil. They’re not nice people in general, and anyone who argues otherwise is either stuck here because he got kicked out of the US or knows that his/her soul is simply so damn pathetic that accepting anything else would mean that they pointed a finger at themselves and said out loud, open in the public “I’m a scum bag,” because Pakistanis, that is what you are. Oh wait, did I mention, I too am a Pakistani, and I have only my luck to blame for that.

So, this article here is simply going to talk about some of the social aspects of the country; in particular, it will talk about some of the lifestyle in the largest city of Pakistan, i.e., Karachi. First off, I would like to discuss Dawn Newspaper, or Geo News online, who happen to call Pakistan “the metropolis.” What in the fucking world is wrong with you monkeys? Do you even know what the word metropolis means? In which country do you find the media promoting such bad definitions in the English language? Karachi is nowhere close to being a metropolis. It is, at best, a village in comparison to the rest of the world, and I think Pakistanis need to accept that fact.

The government claims that the population of the city of Karachi is some 16 million people. Horse shit! The population of Karachi is north of 20 million, and the city has less resources than the town of say, Falcon, Colorado or Dumas, Texas. Yes, there are NO roads, to this day we do NOT have a proper sewerage system, and our street crime rate is second ONLY to Johannesberg (do mind the spelling), South Africa. The literacy rate is probably less than 2%, and the city built its first underpass last year, without making way for rainfall, and drowned more than 200 cars in a matter of less than 24 hours. Such is our government. Face it, we have nothing; in fact, having a country has become liability on us Pakistanis in many ways and forms; and I know all those monkeys from Dubai or Muscat or London or NYC who read this will say no, but then you fucking twat heads, why don’t you come back to your wonderful land? Don’t tell me responsibility, you belong from a dump, and that’s what you will be all your lives: janitors!

Let’s talk a little about the truth. Karachi is the largest business district of Pakistan. It is the city that attracts the largest amount of foreign investment, and “western” businessmen. Over here, western basically means white, because that is the scope of comprehension of most Pakistanis. I didn’t marry a Pakistani woman, because most of them are just not pretty enough, and they have so many issues in life that they think by having sex with their husbands they’re doing them a favour. How unfortunate for these women; they take pride in their attitudes, and they have no fucking idea why each so-called married businessman makes 3 trips a month to Dubai or Bangkok. Here’s news for you bitches, to GET LAID, because you need to enjoy life, not be a whore on occasion when he buys you a new Gucci bag.

Back to the article. So, I’ve spent many years in Karachi, and I’ve been here for the last 6 months now, and I have ALL but seen ONE white person in all that time. You know why? It’s not a conducive business environment, people gawk at you because you’re pretty, and if you don’t look local, chances are you’ll get robbed or raped the first time you set foot out onto the street. What’s worse is that even men have to be careful, because the homosexual population in the city is probably more than heterosexual population. I really don’t give fuck about liberals or rights when it comes to this topic, but when anothe guy hits on me, I’m going to hit him; fucking Muslim country, cunt fuckers and whores!

My wife’s British, we hardly go out, but when we do, there are people trying to flash her or trying to steal her handbag or shit like that. Believe me, you do NOT want to come to this country if you’re not from around here, because NOTHING they offer here is worth leaving a life in the western world. I’ve lived both lives, and I’m pretty honest about it: America and the UK are far more decent societies than ANY of the so-called Islamic countries. You can wear a hijab or a abbaya, but they know from your face that you’re not from around here.

And the political climate; imagine this: out Prime Minister claimed that he could get any woman to sleep with her once he shook hands with her, and such is the information he conveyed apparently to the US Ambassador in Pakistan, who briefed Condoleeza Rice of such a remark, and she refused to shake hands with him when she came to Pakistan. What’s worse? She published the shit in her book. That, my friends, is the Prime Minister of an Islamic Republic for you. How sad is that.

Ok, that’s plenty of venting for one day. Over the next few weeks, I will discuss the politics, infrastructure, business opportunities, etc. etc., and I look forward to other people feeling free to debate the issue; but be warned, I’m not going to be tolerant on my own web site.
