		<description>I have a HP dv6000 that the wireless stopped working, pus now when you boot it up the screen is blank and also starts and stops by itself. Count me in on a class action suit. We pay good money for these and deserve way better service than we recieve. NO MORE HPs for me.</description>

The computer still works great except for the spacebar key, which does not respond when tapped.

		<description>I have a dv2000 series, as well... The battery already had to be replaced because of recalls... And then the sound went out. We had to send in the computer twice. So now it&#039;s doing the overheating thing, kiling my sound, and some random chick at HP that barely spoke any language at all (I&#039;m pretty sure she was drooling and filled with preprogrammed responses) kept trying to tell me I needed to pay hundreds of dollars to fix a computer I paid over a thousand for already. Let&#039;s not forget to mention the fact that the thing was shoddily put together by small children in chains, I assume, as the screenlock (WHY DOES THAT EXIST???) got jammed at some point, and snapped the hinge on the let side, making the screen unstable... It makes a rather scary cracking noise if it so much as get lightly jarred by a mouse fart from three miles away. It&#039;s not the plastic that is snapped. It&#039;s the METAL FRAME that snapped.  I could go forever bout my thousand dollar &quot;entertainment&quot; notebook, that has no sound, is on the verge of having no screen, and won&#039;t pla CD&#039;s or DVD&#039;s. Not that that would matter. THERE IS NO SOUND. So I have a netbook. A very slow... very quiet... EXPENSIVE netbook.</description>

HP told me $398 to fix.  I questioned why I did not get email alerts when the problem was discovered but they didn&#039;t have an answer. Eveyone should send them onion letters!

		<description>I also have a dv2000 and a dv6000. Both of them have black screens and will not boot. Of course the warranty was out. I called HP and the said it would cost $250 to fix them. And get this, there on the defective list. I am getting in touch with trouble shooters to put it on the network.</description>

I get 2 emails a week with HP deals and sales info but I did not get any emails when they instituted the limited warranty program I run their stupid HP TotalCare app, which could have been used to rely this information.
