Hi. I downloaded the 21 files and am in the process of extracting when I cam across a snag. It keeps telling me to insert disk 1 of 21. I am not sure on how to proceed, therefore I am unable to get the files into a folder labeled HPQPDP in C:/SwSetup. Is there anyone that may be able to help me? The first 20 files are labeled: HPQPDP .z0 to .z20. the last file is a zip file HPQPDP.zip I can open the zip file but cannot extract files or move files without this “insert disk 1 of 21″ popping up when trying to extract.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so that I can get this installed.
Thanks

sorry, I meant to say HPQPDP .z01 to HPQPDP .z20 for the first 20 files that I downloaded. The last one is the zip file which is causing problems while extracting.
Thanks

Lisa, what are you using to extract the files? Use the version of WinRar provided, and the problem should go away.

Maurizio,
Please check to confirm that all of your compresed files, other than the last one, are the same size. I hate to ask everyone this, but there’s a lot of people who make this mistake. If they’re all the same size and you still get a problem, can you please reproduce the error.

hey, i keep getting an error code that says “your key has expired” whenever i try to get to the page that contains the 21 files necessary for the install process. i have tried to manually type the key, copy and paste the key you have listed and still nothing. I successfully downloaded one of the 21 files. The file i have downloaded is HPQPDP.z01 . The other 20 files were on the list at the time i downloaded the HPQPDP.z01 file but i shut off my computer for the night and i couldnt get back onto the download where you have it posted again. Please help me out with this. Much help appreciated. THANKS in advance!!!!!

Hi asif, this post is great. I just have one problem, HPQPDP.z18 apperas to be corrupt. I verified it with md5, re-downloaded it several times, but i keep getting the same error. Maybe you could re-upload that file, or maybe e-mail me the one you’ve got. Thank you in advance.
PD= i am so close to getting it! only missing that file. I already cheked, and the HPQPDP (although not complete) can run after i created the registry entry.
