Congrats, Daniel!

Mario,

The uploads to all these turbo upload and mega upload type sites fail. I've tried countless times.

I'm posting a new key just now.

Use Windows disk management to delete and recreate the partition. Or you can reuse partition magic to remake the partition. To use disk management, go to control panel > administrative tools > computer management. Look for storage or disk management in the left pane.

Hello,

I need some help again. :) I made the new partition a logical one on accident with partition magic. How would I go about making that partition a primary one?

My problem was simply with the non-standard format used to split the files. Only WinZip and a couple other zip programs will deal with these split zip files. I've got the files merged properly now. I'm now working on partitions and the like. Fun, fun. :)

Nathan, I had the corrupt file issue before and I re-uploaded some of the files. If you still have the issue during installation, try extracting the files with WinZip. That should solve the problem. If it doesn't let me know. I plan to download all the data.cab files separately, but I have some other major sites to upload, and with my internet connection, it's one or the other.

Daniel,

Just place all the files in the same folder and extract HPQPDP.zip to c:\swsetup\hpqpdp. Then run the setup in there and let QP do the magic for you; make sure the unformatted partition is marked as X:. And yes, This will allow you run quickplay without actually booting into Windows XP, although you will see the windows splash screen before you get Quickplay Direct.
