Why hp sucks even more than before
So I finally got my dv2120us with all of it’s problems back to the US, and shipped to HP for repair on June 28. Today is July 24, and I haven’t received the laptop back in the US, with them claiming repair takes 3-5 days. It’s almost been a month! What’s their excuse: they claim they’ve been having problems with shipping the product. What mullarki? Who’re you kidding hp? You sold a SORRY ass product and now you’re having a difficult time fixing. Replace it, your twats!
