I have an other problem, when i finally installed quickplay, they ask me to restart my computer for finished the installation, and when i restart i have a black screen with only a cursor .

I think I have formated the partition created.It is the cause of my problem

The entire file does not download..i tried several times but it downloads upto 10 mb or so and stops.. plz help me out

What kind of a connection are you using and what download speed do you get?

nourredine, formating the partition could very much be part of your problem. If you’ve formatted it you won’t be able to do to it after the boot what you want, so you could possibly be stuck with that black screen. Try not to format and be sure to label it X:
