   Hi Asif,

   I have downloaded the files for HP Quick Play for Windows and the file QPW_3.6.exe only downloaded +/- 70mb. When I tried to run the exe I got a message that the file was corrupt. The same for QPW3.0.rar. Any ideas why this is happening?

   Hello Asif,

   Thank you for allowing us to obtain QuickPlay. I was just curious if you have a new key for downloading the full version of QuickPlay Direct. I would to download just the single file instead of the 21 files. Thanks for your time!

   Allen,

   Given the superb quality of shared webhosting, it is next to impossible to download all 700 MB without getting timed out. However, if you still want to give it a shot, I can get you a key.

   Dewald, same reason. It’s high quality (do sense the sarcasm) shared web hosting. You’ll have to try downloading again and hope that you get the full file. Also, what are you using to extract the files?

   i have downloaded the 21 files.
   but when i unzip.it said that the HPQPDP.z16 has some trouble,but i have try to download it many times….
   can u upload the data3.cab 4 me?

   or how can i check the 21 files ? i found tha all the 20 fils r 35.0 MB (36,700,160 )…

   i did not read your information carefully…
   & just used the winrar to extract it…
   now i download the ultmatezip,& everything work well…

    Hello Asif
    I have downloaded the file HPQPDP.zip and the file QPW_2.3.exe. I unzip.it and i drop the resulting HPQPDP folder into C:\SwSetup. Then i cross follow the instructions and create 1027.6 MB UNALLOCATED area of space at the end of the drive. After that i assign it the drive letter X (unformatted). When I tried to run the setup.exe (C:\SwSetup ) I got a message: “Quickplay can only be installed in Quickplay - enabled machine. The same for QPW2.3. Any ideas ?

    I have a HP DV6780ew with Windows XP.

    I have downloaded 15 files but now the latest key does not work. Can you provide a new key ? or can provide to me a key for the 700MB single file version ?

    Hello Asif,
    I have all the files and extracted using winrar. I am running into a problem during installation and wondered if you could assist me.

    When running setup.exe, it starts to unpack and I get a message that states:

    “QuickPlaycan onlly be Installed in QuickPlay-enabled mechine”. (I Took the wording/spelling exactly off of the error message)

    I see that others are having a similar problem. I have a Pavilion dv9500 that I downgraded to xp media center 2005.

    If you have any idea what can be done, I would greatly appreciate any information that you may be able to provide.

    I am really happy you have put up this sith to help Hp laptop users with quickplay. I have a Hp pavalion dv6000 and recently updated to vista with a dvd. now i dont have quickplay. what do i need to download to be able to use my quickplay buttons?

    I bought hp pavilion dv5 1000us.. but had to upgrade os to vista ultimate 32bit. wnat to download hp quickplay.. can you please send me access key
