    Hi Asif

I saw your comment about Servage on

    http://www.webhostingunleashed.com/servage/review/6958

I also submitted a complaint, but they refused to publish it.
My problem was that I was simply robbed by Servage. They were
very friendly and fast with their responses when I first enquired.
But the moment I transferred the money over to them, they simply
stopped communicating with me. Up to today they do not reply to
    any E-Mail from me.

A certain “Ben” form “webhostingunleashed” contacted me and tried
to convince me that Servage was a big company, and that they
    would not rip me off.

He keeps on telling me that I should write to their Support, and I keep
on telling him that I did but that they do not reply. Now, in his latest
E-Mail, he accused me of being crazy.

Let me paste his complete E-Mail below:

    =================

Ha ya I’m just trying to help you as you are being crazy, just email them from an email that
works than, its obvious their replies are going to your spam box or some problem. They are
a large company with a good rep, just email them.

Interpol is not going to do anything, you need to take a deep breathe and stop being ridiculous,
    thanks, Ben

Something tells me he is from Servage himself, why does he refuse
to publish my comments about Servage in the first place ???

    Sebastian.

    Hi Sebastian.

Ben is the same fellow who approved my review at webhosting unleashed. What did your review say; I’ll be more than glad to publish it here. Of course, I only get about 200 visitors a day.

Maybe your review was too harsh, calling them daylight robbery or something, which they actually are. You see, the problem with webhostingunleased and the likes probably is that every negative comment they get is a hit for them. It makes their relationship with a specific host worse, and they don’t want that. That said, being an independent third party, they should publish what you say, although they probably won’t because you haven’t exactly used their services.

Sadly, servage has become a large company based on the websites it hosts. They host over 85,000 websites, they claim. Most of those are well, personal sites that don’t get much traffic at all. How did you send them money? Try contacting paypal or moneybookers or your cc vendor and tell them to block the payment.

You wouldn’t expect Europeans to be such crooks, but I guess they’ve rubbed off from the east.

Recently i signed up with Servage.net for hosting and domain name registration.

I paid with a creditcard and recieved an automated email informing me that my order would be processed within 30 minutes.

24 hours later, having received no confirmation i sent an email to sales@servage.net asking for the status of my order.

    No reply.

I sent another email to sales and also info@servage.net.

    No reply.

I tried to cancel my order but the credit card company told me the payment had been taken.

Using my right under Servage.net’s published terms and conditions I sent an email requesting cancellation of my account within the first 5 days.

No reply. I tried to login
with my username and password. Account not activated.

I sent another email repeating my request for a refund and asking for a resolution to the issue.

    No reply.

Servage.net simply took my money and ignored my emails.

    I call that theft.

    Avoid servage.net
Use a different hosting firm or registrar.
